There is a 5% Kitchen Appreciation Fee applied to your bill, which is paid directly to our culinary team. This charge is not a gratuity, tip or service charge and is not a subsidy for a living wage. This program is an additional incentive for the kitchen staff that is directly aligned with our volume of business. Your contribution makes a significant impact on our ability to provide a sustainable work environment for these hardworking individuals. Breaking this fee out separately instead of building it into our menu prices is in an effort to save you, our guest, from paying increased menu prices as well as an increased gratuity based on those higher menu prices. Please do not hesitate to inquire with management if you have additional questions.
